About Rachel

Hello there and welcome to our little community!

The embers of The Evergreen Table began smoldering many years ago. I began my writing journey as a young girl that found joy from the creative outlet. When a teacher encouraged me that she would hope to see my books on shelves one day, writing was further impressed on my heart.

My passion stayed with me, and reading and writing gave me an outlet as a teenager and helped to shape who I am today. As my relationship with Jesus grew in my teenage years, so did a strong desire to help others grow and develop as individuals in a practical and spiritual manner. Alongside writing, the Lord gave me a heart for counseling, and after many years of disobedience to that call and many twists, turns, and trials, the Evergreen Table was born.

In short, The Evergreen Table is a place where my own desire to grow in biblical femininity and my desire to help women grow in love for Christ, life, and stewardship conglomerate in one place.

The Evergreen Table is so named as a table is a setting where friends and family break bread, laugh and cry together, play together, create, connect, and live life together.

Just as The Evergreen Table was created to be a place of joy where I could develop and share my passions and love for helping others with the world, The Evergreen Table is a place that welcomes everyone just as they are and seeks to encourage them in their lives, passions, love of Christ, and stewardship in every area of life.
